You will need some experience of Soul Motion sessions included within 200 hours of dance/somatics. What aspects of the training do you imagine you will flourish in? Are there areas you anticipate might be more challenging?

Feel welcome to let us know what makes your soul sing. And what you might find harder in an ongoing group training.

Can you confirm that you're emotionally well enough to take part in a group training and have regular access to a therapist?

That includes being able to take part within a group for educational purposes, to be responsible for our own emotional process which is inherently connected with movement, and be able to take outside support - notably a regular therapist - to support individual process where needed.

If there anything else you would like us to know?

Is there anything integral to your learning that you wish us to know? Special needs considerations, examples are any visual / hearing impairment, physical limitations, dyslexia, ADHD, autism and many more. This is so we can best support you.

Are you able to commit to the full Level 1 and dates?

This is the minimum requirement, one level at a time. Please have a look at the dates, timings and requirements external to the session times.

Will you pay for the year upfront or in installments?

Once we receive your application, we’ll send you a contract. Please read thoroughly before paying as we cannot offer refunds. An application processing fee of £250 is required to confirm your place (by the earlybird deadline of Dec 15th if wishing to qualify for the super-early rate, or Jan 31st for the early-rate). This fee is part of the total fee, not an additional cost. Your chosen payment plan will then apply. Full payment plan: the remaining balance is due 6 weeks after signing your contract & paying processing fee. Installment plan: the remaining balance is spread across 7 monthly payments for applications confirmed by Dec 15th or 31 January 2027, or 5 monthly payments for applications from 1 February 2027. (A £200 additional charge applies to instalment options.)

Are you an existing Soul Motion practitioner re-taking a level?

The alumni rate is 50% of respective fees for earlybird or full rate applications.
