Friday Night Dance is a committed group series that runs termly.
Our movement space blends the subtle pleasures of somatic movement with the vitality of improvisation and music. This space invites exploration, connection, and a deepening relationship with movement.

I bring 16 years experience of facilitating community dance, over 3000 facilitating hours of supporting personal and collective expressions in non-competitive atmospheres with care. I’m informed by my training with the School of Soul Motion, studies with Anna Halprin and colleagues along with various somatic movement practices. I have been working in education since 2000.
I also lead a Level 1 Personal Embodiment and Level 2 Facilitator Training for the Devon School of Soul Motion along with other ongoing groups for women and families locally in Totnes as part of Movement for Life community group, Totnes Dance Collective and other initiatives.
